The Party

Your party will be presented buffet style, serving unlimited salad, pizza, gelato or pastry, coffee and espresso for 3 hours.

Your guests will be thrilled, to watch the finest ingredients become the most tasteful pizza. Traditional favorites and individual requests will be complimented, with a bountiful fresh salad. Your meal will be completed with cappuccino, espresso, coffee and for dessert, gelato or pastry,

Beginnings

A fresh blend of baby greens tossed with freshly roasted caramelized pecans, dried cranberries and feta cheese with our own balsamic vinaigrette.

Pizza, Pizza and more Pizza

We make an authentic crispy thin crust pie from an old world  recipe, along with the finest San Marzano tomatoes from Italy, that make a wonderfully flavorful and delicious sauce.

Our Pizza

Traditional favorites as always,

Not to mention, some of our signature pizzas, such as:

* Sauteed green and yellow squash, caramelized onions and feta cheese

* Clam casino

* Shrimp scampi

* Fresh sliced tomato with fresh basil, garlic,

* Grilled asparagus, sun dried tomato, caramelized onions, black pepper goat cheese     and proscuitto

* Thinly sliced and pan sauteed red skin potato, caramelized onion and feta cheese

* Filet mignon, caramelized onion, roasted yellow pepper with a horseradish sauce

* 5 cheese blend, with field greens, Bermuda onion, dried cranberries, pecans and

  drizzled with our balsamic vinaigrette

* Fresh green beans, sauteed with garlic, plum tomato and two cheeses

We welcome  your guests to suggest a favorite pizza or they can bring out the inner chef in them, to create a new style, all their own.

Typical toppings include:
Freshly ground tomatoes, fresh sliced tomatoes, mozzarella, parmesan, romano, feta, fresh mozzarella, broccoli, spinach, broccoli rabe, Roasted peppers, caramelized onions, garlic, mushrooms, artichokes, pepperoni, sausage, bacon, clams, shrimp. anchovies and hot peppers.

Party Prices:

50 people - $1200.00 (Is the minimum party.)

For each additional 25 guests, we add $250.00. 

The more guests you have, the price per person decreases.

Holiday prices add $200.00

A Uniquely Catered Affair with Unlimited

Salad, Pizza, Espresso, Cappuccino, Gelato or Pastry, Utensils and Music for the duration of your party.

Sales Tax and Gratuity additional

There is a 30%  deposit necessary to reserve date.

In the event of Heavy, rain we will postpone until next available date.

Set up and service is usually in the driveway, but service staff is available and additional @ $125.00 per wait staff
