What an incredible party you throw!  Our guests continue to rave about their first impression of driving down the street to see the pizza truck, their fascination with the wood fired oven and then trying deciding which pizza was their favorite.  The pizza, salad & gelato were probably the best we have ever had.  Your crew was so nice.  They instantly felt like family and we loved having you there.  Your pride and passion for what you do is evident.

Dear Jack,
I'm a cousin (one of the older folk) of Dylan S and thought
his idea for a eclectic wedding reception was the greatest!!!! Your
piZZA was terrific as was the gelato and cappucino and yes, the salad.
I had no idea when I arrived that this was to be the main course
and yet it was better than many of the formal weddings I've been at over the
past 40+ years.  A great concept; great pizza and all of you were so very kind!

“I had no idea what my mother was talking about when she mentioned this so called pizza truck.  But I was so impressed and had such a blast!  The pizza crew is awesome, the music was great (once they cranked it up) haha!, and the pizza was amazing!  An endless variety of pies.  And then after all that, they break out the espresso, caps, and gelato which was also delish!  And I loved how they play old Italian music at this point.  I would have them again in a heartbeat and everyone at my party had so much fun!  Thank you all so much! “

We have to tell you that you were the hit of our party.  People are e mailing me today, and calling me on the phone to tell me that the pizza was the best.  The mashed potato and cheese seemed to be one of the favorites.  Maybe when we celebrate our 25 wedding anniversary, we will ask you to come back, and do this all again. :)

I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed your pizza truck and gelato today!  My mother and I were at the party (the ones asking questions and sitting around when everyone else was in the pool!!) and it was so nice to really have a touch of Italy!  Plus we are Italian as well so we appreciate good pizza!  Not sure if we will ever get the chance to have a party or come to another one with you supplying the food, but I just wanted to say thanks!

Jack:  Thanks so much for a great job!  Everyone had a ball, and raved about the food.  You guys were great to work with.  You had a lot of hard core New Haven pizza fans -- a tough crowd to impress -- and you hit a homer with every pie.  That plain looking red pie of yours was amazing!  You may not remember, but I ate a slice of it at the truck, flipped, and you were gracious enough to bring me a hot slice at my table, a gesture I greatly appreciated.  Our guests also greatly appreciated your friendliness and the obvious delight and pride you have about your products.  The gelato, by the way, also was a huge hit.  My sister flipped over the pistaccio, and she mentioned how this brought back sweet memories because this was one of our mom's favorite flavors.  You make great espresso -- with that classic pure and strong flavor that I love.  I've dropped your name to a lot of folks.  Again, many thanks, and best wishes for future success and happiness!
